Hello, I'm Sarah, a dedicated Vinyasa and Menopause Yoga teacher with a passion for helping others find balance and well-being through the transformative practice of yoga.
My journey with yoga began at the age of 41 when I was navigating the challenges of early menopause. Yoga provided me with not only physical strength and flexibility but also emotional and mental resilience during this significant life transition.
Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on my life, I decided to deepen my practice and share this powerful tool with others. At the age of 46, I completed my 200-hour teacher training in both Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. My training has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of these dynamic and flowing styles, which I now joyfully teach to students of all levels.
In my classes, I emphasise the importance of breath, mindful movement, and the integration of body and mind. Whether you're seeking to enhance your physical fitness, manage the symptoms of menopause, or simply find a moment of peace in your busy life, I am here to guide and support you on your yoga journey.
