My personal journey through early menopause and the transformative impact of yoga on my physical and mental well-being inspired me to train in menopause yoga. Menopause yoga is designed to help women navigate this significant life transition with positivity and confidence.

Menopause Yoga (MY) integrates a holistic approach to support women through their menopause journey. The key elements include:

  • Women’s Circles: A supportive space for sharing experiences and building community, helping women feel connected and understood.
  • Yoga Sequences & Poses: Specially adapted sequences for different stages of menopause, addressing specific symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, hot flushes etc.
  • Breathing Techniques, Meditation & Mindfulness: Practices designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring balance to the mind and body.
  • Positive Psychology: Encouraging a positive mindset and emotional resilience, fostering self-compassion and growth during this life stage.
